Project Description
Impact Development Fund and Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity partnered on a development/redevelopment project in the Hill N Park neighborhood in unincorporated Weld County, near Evans and Greeley. Community engagement was hindered by public gathering restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. IDF and Habitat contracted with Root Policy Research to conduct “virtual engagement” in the form of an online survey available in English and Spanish. Nearly 10% of current residents responded to the survey to provide their perspective on neighborhood improvements as well as needs specific to their household.
Year: 2021
FUN FACT
Nearly three-quarters of survey respondents said they planned to remain in their neighborhood for more than 10 years.
