Cincinnati, OH Housing Plan

We completed a comprehensive analysis of the housing market for Cincinnati as part of the City’s new award-winning Comprehensive Plan, PLAN Cincinnati. The study included the facilitation of input from several working groups, an in-depth analysis of housing and revitalization needs by neighborhood, stakeholder interviews, and a series of focus groups with residents of various age cohorts to determine current and future housing preferences. We also developed recommendations for improving the city’s housing stock and increasing demand for living in Cincinnati.
