Project Description
These housing authorities included a language access assessment as part of fair housing studies to develop policies to address gaps in translation and interpretation. The methodology for this study includes focus groups with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) residents, a stakeholder focus group, a staff survey to identify where translation and interpretation is most needed, as well as an evaluation of the housing authorities’ practices and procedures.
