Project Description
Root Policy completed a two-phase project to identify and quantify housing needs across the Grand Valley. The study addresses demographic and economic conditions, housing trends and housing gaps among special interest populations, as well analysis of barriers to housing supply. For this study Root used an array of data sources and community engagement to analyze the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on Grand Valley’s housing market.
