Santa Fe, NM Housing Needs Study and Consolidated Plans

The study team has completed multiple housing market studies and needs assessments for the City of Santa Fe. In addition to analyses of the housing market, we fielded a survey of residents and employers regarding housing needs and preferences. We partnered with two local professionals familiar with the Santa Fe market and the city’s Hispanic community for stakeholder outreach. We also conducted a HUD-approved Assessment of Fair Housing for Santa Fe and provided Consolidated Plan technical assistance including developing customized training, worksheets, and templates.
