Westminster, CO Housing Plan Facilitation

We first prepared a housing needs assessment and later were hired to facilitate the development of a strategic housing plan. This process brought together residents, private and nonprofit housing developers, advocates for the homeless and low income workers, city leaders, city finance staff, city planners, employers, and economic development officials. An advisory committee met each month to consider a menu of options to address housing needs. The study culminated in a housing plan that was approved by City Council.
